This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the Process Discovery tool, provided by the Olidor Group to gather insight into how we work. By entering your access code and starting a session, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Authorised Use
This tool is provided for legitimate business purposes only. You may use it to:
- Take part in the discovery session you have been invited to
- Answer the questions honestly and in your own words
- Provide feedback about your experience of the session
3. Your Responsibilities
- Your access code is personal to you — do not share it with anyone else
- Complete your own session; do not attempt to answer on behalf of another person
- Be aware that your responses are recorded and will be reviewed as part of the discovery work
- Contact the administrator if you believe your access code has been shared or misused
4. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Attempt to access sessions, transcripts, or administrative areas that are not yours
- Attempt to circumvent access controls, security measures, or logging
- Enter content that is unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading
- Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the system
- Attempt to compromise the integrity or availability of the system
5. Personal Data in Your Responses
Please be considerate about personal data when answering:
- Share only what is relevant to the discovery topic
- Avoid entering sensitive personal information about yourself or others unless it is genuinely necessary
- Remember that your responses are processed as described in our Privacy Notice, including by a third-party AI service that helps run the interview
6. Monitoring
By using this tool, you acknowledge that your session is recorded and transcribed, and that activity may be logged for security, compliance, and analysis purposes, in accordance with our privacy notice and applicable laws.
7. Consequences of Misuse
Misuse of this tool may result in your access being suspended and, where appropriate, may be dealt with under the relevant company procedures.
